Protect your curiosity.

Original patterns, objects & collabs for independent minds.

Hi, I’m Wendy.

Mental freedom deserves a visual language.

As featured in

House of May explores how curiosity, independent thinking and conscious choices shape the way we live and the things we surround ourselves with.

The world has enough ready-made answers.

House of May exists for the people, brands and spaces that prefer asking better questions.

I've always been fascinated by the people who quietly choose their own path.
Not because it's different, but because it's true to who they are.

The more I thought about it, the more I realised something.

Mental freedom deserves a visual language.

House of May is where I explore that idea through patterns, objects and collaborations.

Welcome to House of May.

Giving ideas a

visual language.

portret van Wendy Scheerlinck voor een wand behangen met yellow grouted tiles print van House of May

Hi, I’m Wendy Scheerlinck,
collector of colors, patterns and "where did you get that?" moments.

Friends describe me as the lone wolf in a pack of puppies : distinct, unboxable, and someone whose dislike for Fifty Shades of Grey is stronger than her love for unexpected compliments.

I've always been fascinated by people who choose their own path. The ones who stay curious, question the obvious and quietly build a life that feels true to them.

I guess that's why I'm drawn to odd ideas, bold colours and the kind of work that makes you stop for a second and think:

"I wish I'd thought of that."

House of May is where those fascinations collide.

If you've made it all the way down here, chances are you're one of them too.
